The surge that isis has made over these past months could have and should have been prevented the second they came into possession of the weaponry we provided the Iraqis'. Of course such action would have been hampered by the fact that obama decommissioned the best tank killer we had in the air only months prior to the start of the surge.
Makes you wonder who's side he's on doesn't it.
So last week he decides it's time to make a statement, which included him repeatedly saying that there is not yet a fixed strategy to deal with isis. A queue to isis to ramp up efforts, like many of the other statements he has made that dissolved any military mystic that may have aided our efforts in the past five years.
Makes you wonder who's side he's on doesn't it.
During the Q and A of that same speech obama states:
"It is not just part of my responsibility, but it is a sacred duty for me as commander in chief to protect the American people. And that requires me to act fast based on information I receive if an embassy of ours or a consulate of ours is being threatened."
Is this a new revelation? Certainly had he felt this way when the consulate in Benghazi was being attacked he wouldn't have gone to bed and then scuttled off to a fund raiser in Vegas the next morning. I personally think that it is simply a statement of convenience. Another lie to cover the hole he has dug that is burying US credibility throughout the World.
Makes you wonder who's side he's on doesn't it.
I will mention the Ferguson event here too. obama sent the full weight of DC down on the head of the police officer before any investigating occurred. obama sent an envoy to the young mans funeral, even though the facts are still trickling into the media. obama's actions are not those of someone who wishes to mend rifts, but one of someone who is looking to capitalize and punctuate existing rifts and create even larger chasms.
Makes you wonder who's side he's on doesn't it.
Looking back on his statement - ".. sacred duty for me as commander in chief to protect the American people." If obama truly believed this, would he allow unfettered transit of illegal aliens across our borders? obama's actions with regard to the safety and security of our Nation are in direct conflict with this statement.
Makes you wonder who's side he's on doesn't it.
obama started that press conference by stating that the number one thing most Americans care about is the economy and that it is doing better than expected. I urge you to dig deeper, because without the big ticket purchases ie. aircraft, it's not. While the personal lives of every one of us are effected by the economy, this tactic was to disarm and tune out the populous to the statements that were to follow. If everything is doing great then there is nothing to be concerned about. Except that the better we are doing, the bigger the target we become and the more we need to have leadership that is willing to protect the US and its interests. Something obama seems to not be willing to do.
Makes you wonder who's side he's on doesn't it.
